Had the chance to work with Rhys Palaganas on consulting a lean six sigma project, and doing corporate training. Rhys has an armory of skills, both technical and soft, to carry out his critical activities.
Technically, he is adept with computers, IoT, Stat Software, as well as Lean Six Sigma and Quality Tools to facilitate his works.
Over these technical skills, Rhys is imbued with soft skills that keep him effective in his activities. He has good inter-personal skills and composure despite pressures, communication skills to understand instructions about the works to be done, initiatives and resourcefulness to find on his own answers to unexpected interim problems, and the tenacity to go on despite constraints. Top it all, he does not stop unless and until the work is done with follow ups even after. He is dependable with minimum instruction and supervision. Rhys can work on his own or with a partner or team. Lastly, he is quick to recognize and accept his limits and limitations only after trying. He is young but commendable leader. Highly recommended for managerial/executive position in a professional environment, as well as in training.
