I have worked with Felisvaldo at Laureate´s Brazil SSC, where he has shown an very pro-active attitude since he started, eager to learn and make the SSC implementation a success.
Due to his can-do attitude, he was given the opportunity to participate early on in the set-up of our Continuous Improvement and Metrics area within the organization and managed to have this area up and running quickly, delivering Improvement projects and the necessary metrics/KPI´s for the SSC.
This gave him the opportunity to grow professionally within our SSC and later within the company moving to the Anhembi-Morumbi HR department.
I would definitely recommend Felisvaldo as an asset within the Continuous Improvement area for any company.
